Provision of litigation support as a consultant and expert witness in out-of-home care child abuse cases (adoption, foster care, daycare, child placing agencies, institutions, respite care). Expertise spans adequacy/appropriateness of abuse and complaint investigations, disclosure of information, provision of services, staff training, foster care/daycare licensing, assessment, and supervision, and the matching of foster and adoptive children with appropriate caregivers by both public and private child placing agencies. In addition to rendering opinion and testifying at depostion and trial, services span document review, case preparation, and consultation involving avenues for discovery, interrogatories, and questioning during deposition and trial.
